Under President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR administration, Ayo Wisdom’s unwavering commitment to youth empowerment, capacity building, grassroots engagement, skill acquisition, and business development has made a potential profound impact on the trajectory of countless young lives across the nation.

At the forefront of this minister's agenda is the imperative to address the multifaceted challenges facing Nigeria's youth, with a keen focus on eradicating hunger, alleviating poverty, and curbing the prevalence of anger and violence. Capacity building is another area where the Ayo Wisdom is working to create an indelible mark. Recognizing the potential within Nigeria's youth, the minister recently launched a platform (NIGERIA YOUTH ACADEMY) for skills & leadership development, mentorship, and educational advancement. Through these leadership training workshops and mentorship programs, the minister will inspire a new generation of young leaders who are poised to drive positive change in their communities and beyond.

The commitment to youth development is not confined to traditional educational pathways. Understanding the importance of holistic growth, Ayo Wisdom also promotes mental health awareness and resilience among the youth.

In the realm of agriculture, the minister has recognized its pivotal role in addressing hunger and poverty. Supporting Initiatives like the recently launched ONE LOCAL GOVERNMENT ONE PRODUCT program by SMEDAN promoting sustainable agriculture, supporting smallholder farmers, and facilitating access to markets will not only bolster food security but also provide economic opportunities for the youth in rural areas.
